Standar Cancellation / Refund Policy
1.) If cancellation is
confirmed up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee
will be charged and full refund of any previous payment
will be made.*
2.) If cancellation is confirmed less
than 7 days before date of arrival then a fee equal to
1 night's accommodation will be charged. The remainder
of any previous payments will be refunded.
3.) If cancellation is not confirmed and
guests do not arrive at the resort until after original
check-out date then the full amount of any previous payments
will be charged and no refund will be issued.
*Please
note that refunds will be returned and calculated at the
exchange rate of the day of refund. |
